We publish original, practical guides of 1,200 words or more on SEO, AI search and digital marketing, and we never charge for publishing.

SyncNeck explains Google, Meta and AI search updates in plain language for beginners, bloggers and small business owners, mostly in India. If you have tested something, fixed something or learned something the hard way, our readers want to hear it.

Who should write for SyncNeck?

Anyone with hands-on digital marketing experience they can share honestly. That includes SEO specialists, PPC managers, content and social media marketers, email marketers, analysts, developers, founders, freelancers and in-house marketers at clinics, schools, shops and agencies. You do not need to be famous. You need to know your topic and be able to show your work.

Topics we want

We cover the topics below. Pitches that add something new to our existing guides work best, so have a quick look at what we have already published.

  • SEO: technical SEO, keyword research, local SEO for Indian businesses, Search Console and Google updates.
  • AEO and GEO: getting chosen in AI Overviews and cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
  • AI in marketing: practical, tested uses of AI tools, with honest results.
  • PPC: Google Ads, Meta Ads, budgets and tracking for small advertisers.
  • Social media, email and content marketing: what works now and why.
  • Web analytics: GA4, reporting and measuring results.
  • Case studies: a real problem, what you tried, the numbers before and after, and what you would do differently.

What we do not accept

  • Press releases, product promotions or posts written to sell a tool or service.
  • Gambling, betting, crypto promotions, loans, adult content or anything illegal.
  • Articles already published elsewhere, including on your own site or Medium.
  • Mass-produced or unedited AI-written content.
  • Pitches that are mainly about getting a link.

Content guidelines

  1. Answer first. Start with a direct two or three sentence answer to the main question, then explain. Use question-style headings where they fit.
  2. Show your experience. Include your own screenshots, data, examples or results. This is what makes a post worth reading and worth citing by search engines and AI tools.
  3. Back up every fact. Link statistics and claims to the original source, such as Google’s documentation or the study itself, not a blog that quotes it.
  4. Keep it plain and short. Simple English, short sentences and paragraphs of no more than three or four lines. Explain any jargon.
  5. Make it useful in India. Indian examples, rupee prices and local context are welcome. Global topics are fine too.
  6. Use AI responsibly. AI can help you outline or edit, but you must check every fact and add your own experience. Tell us if you used AI. Our guide to testing AI writing tools explains the standard we expect.

Images

Send original screenshots, charts or graphics you have the right to use, at least 1,200 pixels wide, with a short description of each for alt text. Please blur any client or personal data. If you do not have images, we may create them for you.

Links

You get one link to your website or professional profile in your author bio, marked nofollow. Links inside the article should point to sources and resources that help readers. Our editors may remove, change or nofollow any link. We follow Google’s spam policies, which treat guest posts written mainly for links as link spam, so we do not offer paid or keyword-rich links.

How to submit a guest post

  1. Pitch two or three ideas. Email contact@syncneck.com with a working title, a three-line outline for each, and a sentence on why you are the right person to write it.
  2. Get our reply. We usually answer within two working days and may suggest a different angle.
  3. Send your draft. Share a Google Doc with comment access, or a .docx file, plus your images, a 50-word bio and a square headshot.
  4. Edit together. We may edit for clarity, accuracy and style, and we will check any big changes with you.
  5. Publish and share. We email you the link when it goes live and may feature it in our Monday newsletter.
